Definitions
"Site" means the ecn-apps website and related services. "User" means any individual who accesses the Site. "We/us/our" refers to ecn-apps.

By accessing or using the Site you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

If you are a consumer in Mexico, certain statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited. These Terms are subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to consumers in Mexico; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit such rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where ecn-apps operates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
