Founded in 2012 by Chef Élise Moreau, The Golden Fork was born from a single conviction: that exceptional dining is not a luxury — it is an art shared at the table. Every recipe is a dialogue between the seasons and the land.

Our kitchen sources exclusively from local producers within 100 km, celebrating the rhythm of nature. The menu evolves weekly, keeping creativity at the heart of every plate.
